Site Location and Vehicle Access Routing

The Site is located east of Inkersall Green, comprising of 65 hectares (ha) of land divided across two parcels which are east and west of Inkersall Road.

The western parcel is accessed from Inkersall Green Road and the eastern parcel will be served by a new access from Inkersall Road to be formed approximately 40m north of an existing field gateway, during the construction phase.

Following construction, the eastern parcel will be accessed via an existing access on Inkersall Road.

Throughout the construction period, normal construction working hours and delivery times will be restricted to:

• 07:00–18:00 Monday to Friday; and,
• 08:00–13:00 Saturday
